The Nigeria Labour congress, NLC says it will not support the presidential ambition of Governor Nyesom Wike due to his alleged ill-treatment of civil servants in Rivers state.
Comrade Beatrice Itubo, chairperson of NLC in Rivers state, Beatrice in an interview said the Wike led administration has subjected civil servants and pensioners to untold hardship.
She added that Governor Wike is not fair to workers in Rivers state.
Beatrice Itubo also called on workers in Rivers state to get their permanent voters’ card and vote for credible candidates in the forthcoming 2023 general elections.
