I am overwhelmingly confident that when we give Nigeria in trust to His Excellency, Rt Honourable Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, that the country will be safe.
Under Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, the economy of Nigeria will thrive once again, every other sector in the country that seems not to be working will definitely be rejuvenated.
Workers (labour) will be given topmost priority; this was evident in timely promotion of workers with full promotion entitlements paid, youths and students will be acknowledged and accommodated in the scheme of things. This he did in Rivers State as a governor, he will do likewise when given the mantle to lead as president.
During his time as governor, there was timely payment of gratuity (retirement benefits) to retirees, prompt payment of monthly pension to pensioneers.
There’s no gainsaying that he will replicate what he did as a governor in Rivers State even more in the country (Nigeria).
Rivers State under Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi was a safe haven, insecurity, gangsterism, illegality, kidnapping etc, was fought and brought the a standstill.
Employment opportunities were created through the building of industries and firms like, the banana plantation, the Songhai Farm/Resort, Buguma Fish farm, the Timariv, RSSDA etc.
Local content was in place, students had the opportunity to study abroad on scholarship, bursaries was paid to students, small and medium enterprises thrived.
The government had a human face by making and implementing people’s friendly policies. The elderly people enjoyed and accessed true free medical care.
The educational sector hissed a great sign of relief as school structures were built, equipped and furnished to international standard.
Without bias or fear of contradiction, His Excellency, Rt Honourable Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi will not do or perform less as the President of Nigeria. Let’s work round the clock to deliver this enigma, colossus, a true democrate and international figure.
