Job Title: Material Officer
Locations: Port Harcourt – Rivers, Kogi / Abuja FCT
Job Type: Contract
Job Description
- Shall abreast himself with the Materials management processes and procedures, and shall ensure compliance with same in the daily discharge of his duties.
- Processing of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) generated by SAP and raised directly for further review by the Materials team Lead.
- He shall drive the process of material inspection of all delivered spares in a timely manner, and in line with the material receipt process
- Ensure the timely processing of material requisitions, work orders, and e-mail requests, for issuance of requested materials/spare parts to the end-users.
Requirements
- OND / HND / BSc in any Social Sciences or Engineering.
- Computer literacy – The use of Microsoft Office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Membership of any SCM related professional body e.g. CIPS, CIWMM, etc.
- Use of ERP (SAP knowledge will be an added advantage).
- Technical knowledge of Oil & Gas operational Materials.
- HSE Awareness.

Job Title: Security Coordinator, Intelligence & Investigation

Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies for acquiring and managing proactive security information which will be distilled into actionable intelligence for the successful and positive deployment to Company’s operational areas.
- Provide and share intelligence reports with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure that assets, personnel and operations are protected from crime, violence and other business-related risks within the Western asset.
- Provide the Security Manager support with regular intelligence and management reports to guide decisions on security issues
Requirements
- A good Bachelor’s Degree.
- A sound knowledge of Security Management in an industrial setting.
- Minimum of 10 years security experience at least 5 of which must have been in a senior position in an oil and gas company.
- A good military or security background will be an advantage.

Job Title: Security Supervisor

Job Description
- Develop and implement cost effective security measures and procedures to mitigate against risks to Company’s assets, business operations and personnel in Lagos and Abuja in line with business goals.
- Manage relationship with government security agents (GSAs), internal and external stakeholders and other security service providers within his AOR in order to ensure Company derives the highest standards of security services while complying with the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights (VPSHR).
Requirements
- A good Bachelor’s Degree.
- A minimum of 5 years security experience at least 2 of which must have been on a supervisory position in an oil and gas company.
- Good knowledge of Security Management in industrial setting.
