- Developing and implementing sales plan, strategies, and initiatives to generate new business opportunities as well as expand current clients

Job Role
- Book reservations and issue tickets to clients

Job Title: Brand Marketing Specialist
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job Role
- Plan and execute strategic approach to brand marketing for Green Africa.
- Propose and execute faced-to-face brand experiential ideas in line with Green Africa’s standards to increase brand awareness/affinity
- Translate company business objectives into creative and executable corporate communications strategies and programs
- Respond to requests for information release or press conference from the media or designating a spokesperson or source of information
- Write, edit, and distribute content, including publications, press releases, website content, annual reports, speeches, and other marketing material that communicates the Green Africa’s activities, products and services
- Ensure brand presence in both online and offline channels with the use of Digital Marketing and Offline Marketing
- Participate in organizing promotional events to positively represent the company.
- Demonstrate strong judgment in understanding key trends and news elements to develop a successful PR program with proactive and responsive media relations activities
- Prepare periodic competitive reports and analysis.
- Liaise with partner agencies (Creative, Public Relations, Media e.t.c.) or vendors to execute promotional events, campaigns and company branded merchandise.

Job Title: Duty Officer
Location: Lagos
Experience Level: Professional
Job Role
- Resolution of Customer problems and ensuring that passengers’ needs are met adequately.
- Provide Duty manager with daily, weekly, and monthly reports by required timeframes.
- Ensure all passengers are handled in a professional manner.
- Makes timely decisions on ticketing/check-in issues that may impinge on OTP of all flights.
- Ensure check-in agents are adequately briefed on new changes in ticketing.

Qualifications
- A good University / Polytechnic qualification or relevant certification would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience including at least 2 years airport experience.
- Good spoken and written English (Report writing skill).
- Proficient in the use of GoNow and Sky Speed software
- Knowledge of Passenger Handling and gate processes
- Understanding of Baggage Handling and Dangerous goods
- Good knowledge of Passenger Services gate procedures and relevant Airport Alerts, updates and company procedures.
