Job Title: Head of Logistics Operations

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • This position administers operations duties, advise on any issue relating to operations, analyze KPIs to be met each week and anticipate future operations dealings.
  • Engage the Team in developing their understanding of Customer Experience and knowledge of what Customers’ needs / expects.

General and Strategic Responsibilities

  • Responsible for marketplace operations
  • Performs queue management for both Hubs
  • Ensure weekly and daily Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are achieved for both hubs
  • Ensure weekly virtual calls to clients Relationship Managers to defend both hubs for KPIs not met
  • Ensures Pick up station Agent calls customers daily and Cycle count are done weekly for both hubs
  • Monitoring functionality of In-house Mobile and Web based applications to optimize operation
  • Respond to operations quarries in the proper reasons. Managing INBOUND & OUT BOUND Activities
  • Maintaining reports and submitting status reports related to INBOUND and OUTBOUND activities and Issues.
  • Oversee and manage reports for Delivery Agents customer experience, App and Delivery Satisfaction for both hubs
  • Ensure enough bandwidth in territorial delivery team to ensure peak time delivery management
  • Engage closely with the delivery team including associates, developing, and maintaining a highly motivated and performance driven team.
  • Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance, through process and training improvements. Initiate improvements to enhance quality standards, reduce waste, and eliminate unnecessary work.
  • Analysis of the data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve performance
  • Ensure all Remittances to our clients are made as at when due.
  • Design and put Operational processes in place as regard reconciliation with Delivery associates to ensure that items brought back to the hub are in good condition and untampered with to avoid unnecessary charge or claims to the company.

Partner Service Responsibilities:

  • Ensures all Partners packages and their delivery is treated with upmost priority
  • Ensures to maintain great communication with all Partners Relationship Managers
  • Investigate and thoroughly resolve any issues as regards partners packages.
  • Promptly escalate Partners challenges beyond the control of the operations team to management.

Delivery Associates Responsibilities:

  • Manage all activities of Delivery Associates (In-house and 3PL) in the company
  • Ensure no shortage in Delivery Associates across both Hubs at any point in time
  • Responsible for sourcing for qualified Delivery Associates
  • Manage and Monitor Delivery Associates performance and success rate for efficient delivery
  • Schedule periodic operations and customers relation training for Delivery Associates

Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Welcome every customer with a smile and ensure they are attended to.
  • Escalate customer issues and complaint to appropriate department
  • Make outbound calls to customers with packages nearing due date for cancellation
  • Make random outbound calls on Wed and Friday to ascertain feedback on customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Excellent tertiary qualification, preferably in Human Resources, Business Management or other related field.
  • 4 – 6 years cognate experience in a Logistics business
  • Proven track record of leadership both strategic & logistics operational experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office including Excel
  • Must be confident and very well presentable.
  • Must be an excellent team player.
  • Must be diligent and firm with high ethical standards and an exceptional sense of confidentiality.
  • Must have good budgeting skills as well as working knowledge of Wage Planning & Benefits Administration.

 

Job Title: Head of Marketing

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Development, implementation, and management of overall marketing strategies to continuously increase the company’s market share and profitability.
  • Responsible for defining and proposing marketing strategies and tactics to ensure sales targets are met and surpassed.
  • Establishes contacts with senior levels decision makers in targeted organization and individuals to attract patronage.
  • Takes a lead role in building and maintaining customer’s relationship.
  • Expected to develop a working process for the marketing department, monitor performance of marketing executives and close business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • A First Degree in Marketing applied from a reputable Institution.
  • MBA would be an added advantage.
  • Vast experience in media marketing.
  • Minimum of 6 years post graduate experience, at least 4 of which should be in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Team player, strong financial and analytical skills, sound management skills coupled with good commercial acumen and good networking ability.
  • A pleasant personality, excellent communicating skills with good knowledge of radio broadcasting business environment.
  • Must be a registered member of APCON or NIM
  • Qualified candidate should be preferable female.

 

 

 

Job Title: Head of Human Resource

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

  • You will be responsible and accountable for the development and management of HR strategies, initiatives, systems, tactics, and procedures as well as ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Job Description

  • Nurture a positive working environment and organizational culture.
  • Oversee all payroll and performance evaluation systems.
  • Lead HR projects such as compensation plans revisions etc.
  • Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations.
  • Design company policies and procedures.
  • Review and update the organizations’ employment contracts and agreements.
  • Preparation of budgets by the department.
  • Responsible for tracking key HR metrics such as cost per hire and retention rates.
  • Manage internal communication projects such as job satisfaction surveys.
  • Measure the effectiveness of the organizations’ benefit programs and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
  • Ensure all recordkeeping and data processing procedures are regulatory compliant.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that will be alignment with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time

Qualifications

  • Excellent tertiary qualification, preferably in Human Resources, Business Management or other related fields.
  • MBA / Relevant Masters’ degree will be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 6 – 8 years cognate experience in an HR role with significant experience in senior management positions.
  • Extensive knowledge of labour law and HR regulations.
  • An In-depth understanding of leading HR best practices and industry trends.
  • Robust knowledge of recruitment practices, payroll and performance management as well as metrics and guidelines.
  • HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, etc.) are required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, interpersonal, presentation and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record of leadership both strategic & operational.
  • Knowledge of MS Office including Excel

Salary

Salary
Annual Remuneration is between N1,500,000 – N2,000,000 plus commission.
