Job Title: Automation Engineer – Packaging

Location: Lagos

Rols and Responsibilities

  • Creates and maintains a safe environment according to the applicable statutory, HEINEKEN and local regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Feeds Planning team leader and maintenance planner with preventive maintenance plans  to failures and  restore assets to basic condition.
  • Supports resolution of Automation linked Corrective Maintenance in Packaging
  • Mentors and trains PM, CM and Machine Specialists in executing breakdown analysis and implementation of minor stops, alarm & speed loss reduction process
  • Provide high level of production network security through effective network/systems administration and adherence to information security policy for the PCD as the alternate network/systems administrator in his/her work area.
  • Manages assigned project by developing an accurate plan, defining clear scope while allocating sufficient resources to achieve specific goals On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) and within budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2nd Class upper or 2nd Class lower with a Master degree in Computer Engineering, Communication Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Systems/Software Engineering. A masters degree offers an added advantage.
  • 4+ years of experience driving maintenance engineering processes.
  • Good knowledge of maintenance operations and CMMS (i.e. asset master data key-user and becoming/training for asset master data expert).
  • Possess basic knowledge of cost driver and performance killer analysis, ABC criticality ranking, preventive maintenance, critical spare parts selection, item segmentation & inventory management, asset performance management.
  • Excellent technical maintenance analysis- and reporting skills.
  • People management and leadership experience.
  • In-depth competence in maintenance methodology, TPM or Six Sigma  and project management.
  • Experience in change management and process improvement activities, designing scalable solutions and implementing these at pace and at scale.

  • The Shift Manager Packaging is responsible for ensuring that the safety agenda is implemented in area of responsibility, while managing the packaging process and driving the achievement of planned quantities and packaging quality.
  • He/She drives the key performance indicators according to the company’s objectives while striving for continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2nd Class upper or 2nd Class lower in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Material & Metallurgy Engineering and Mechatronics Engineering. A masters degree offers an added advantage.
  • 4+ years of experience in a Manufacturing/Production environment preferably Packaging or Maintenance department or its equivalent.
  • Membership of Institute of Engineering professional organization/body is an added advantage.
  • Experience in change management and process improvement activities.
  • Passionate about innovations in the Maintenance space and average level in a standard CMMS (e.g., SAP, Maximo, etc.)
  • Experience with managing and leading teams for high performance.

Job Description

  • The Government Affairs Manager is a politically savvy professional with access to key stakeholders in government and a dependable enabler for the company to shape public policies and lead advocacies on corporate affairs campaigns that are material to business sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing the business with strategic advice by identifying and capturing investment opportunities in collaboration with government, while protecting the value of existing assets
  • Identifying key national policies and political opportunities/risks that impact short and long term business goals including draft alcohol regulation, excise administration, tax stamps and production licenses to shape campaign strategies.

Description

  • The Reporting Analytics Manager is responsible for the Implementation and support of a single recognizable & user-friendly external interface of the corporate business analysis system (SSoT).
  • He/She presents data aligned in all reports and tools to provide users with professionally executed and submitted analytics that supports decision-making processes.
  • The Reporting Analytics Manager will be responsible for co-designing and building the AI solution, and help spur adoption and business change, offer business hypotheses, and interpret analytical results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage content and design of BIS tools and reports to support the image of integral corporate reporting system
  • Support company’s Management Team with necessary data and analytics
  • Align data across all corporate systems and support this alignment constantly.
  • Develop and maintain a unified front-end Business Intelligence interface as the main source of company’s performance data.
  • Maintain the structure and content of Business Intelligence based on clear business logic and real business needs.
  • Manage the company’s master data based on compliance and continuous implementation of global corporate standards.
  • Prepare analytical reports at the request of management.

Qualifications

Work Experience:

  • 6-8 years working experience as a Data owner or Data analysis role
  • Working knowledge of Financial/Transactional Data  is an Added advantage

Knowledge:
