Duties and responsibilities

• Graduate Student Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to MBA students and oversee their research projects, dissertations, and dissertations and other service activities.

Demand

• A PhD in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Extensive teaching experience at postgraduate level.

• Demonstrated leadership skills in academic and research activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Graduate Student Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to MBA students who supervise their research projects, dissertations, and dissertations.
• Service to the academic community: Actively contribute to the university community through committee work, program development, and other service activities.

Demand

• Doctorate in business administration, management, or a related field.
• 3xtensive teaching experience at postgraduate level.
• Overview of impacted research and publications.

Main tasks and responsibilities
Technical Support:

• Help lab users with technical, hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.Instantly troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to ensure uninterrupted lab operations.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on lab computers and equipment.

Weapons Operations:

• Ensure that the necessary software and resources are available to lab users.
• Monitor and manage PC and printer supplies, and refill them as needed.
• Maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment.

User Assistance:

• Provide guidance and support to lab users, including students, faculty, and staff, in accessing and using lab resources.
• Help users with software installations, configurations, and updates.
• Provide training and tutorials on the use of lab equipment and software.

Equipment inventory:

• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of lab equipment, including computers, peripherals, and accessories.
• Report any problems with the equipment or the need for replacement to the head of the ICT laboratory.

Security and compliance in a test environment:

• Ensure that safety protocols for accessing and using the laboratory are followed.
• Monitor user activities to prevent unauthorized or inappropriate use of laboratory resources.

Preferred candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 1-3 years) in providing technical support in a computer lab or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems and network configuration.
• Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of students, faculty, staff.
• Excellent problem and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of educational technology and learning management systems is an advantage.
