Governor Wike have finally removed the veil to the current sacrilegious clamour to go for a third tenure through his alleged nephew Siminialayi.
One might imagine the relationship between the Duo, but following his track from his days when he was brought into the Local Government Council as Cashier, when his benefactor was the Local Government Council Boss, he was latter moved to the State as Accountant-General of Rivers State as Governor Wike became Governor, a position that’s supposed to be given to the next in line in the finance ministry.
He may fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time but can’t fool all the people all the time.
At this juncture, we must state emphatically and unequivocally that any attempt by Governor Wike to mortgage the will of Rivers people is tantamount to short-changing democracy and the noble progress made by the founding fathers of Rivers State.
The excesses of the Emperor can not be overemphasized as Rivers sons and daughters have tolerated so much and will stand tall in this very instance to reject the imposition.
Rivers people rise and say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH on this uncultured manner of leadership, our resources used for personal ambitions and self aggrandizement, no Sense of accountability or remorse for his careless and extravagant expenses which is to the detriment of our people.
