Title: ElanHub Media Technical Skills Training Programme
Location: Rivers
Duration: 4 Months
Description
The Industrial Training Fund (ITF) and Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA), in partnership with Elanhub Media, have put together a four-month technical skills development programme for young Nigerians in the following areas:
- Filmmaking / Videography
- Video Editing
- Web Design
- Computer Networking
- Computer Programming
Objectives
The training is designed to:
- Equip youths with employable and entrepreneurial skills for access to productive jobs;
- Impact the economic growth of Nigeria by developing individuals with skills to improve their independence and impact their communities; and
- Promote skills acquisition, creativity, leadership and entrepreneurial skills of young Nigerians towards wealth creation and economic independence.
The Programme:
- Successful candidates will enjoy tuition fee FREE study and a MONTHLY STIPEND.
- The programme is entirely non-residential.
- Candidates will, therefore, be responsible for their accommodation throughout the duration of the programme.
Requirements
Applicants should be between the ages of 18 and 35 years and possess any of the following qualifications:
- Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE)
- Ordinary National Diploma (OND)
- HND or B.Sc
- Good numerical ability and fluency in communication is a required skill.
- Interest and passion for exploring Filmmaking, Video editing, Computer networking, Web design and Computer Programming as a career will be an added advantage.

Selected applicants will be contacted by EMAIL to come for an oral interview and must bring 2 passport size photographs along with the following:
- Original birth certificate or an affidavit
- Educational qualifications certificate(s)
- Original and photocopy of National ID, Voter’s Card, International Passport, or other forms of identification.

- To impact the economic growth of the country by developing individuals with the skills to improve their independence and impact their communities
Programme:
- Successful candidates will enjoy tuition fee FREE, lunch and stipend. The programme is non-residential. Candidates, will, therefore, be responsible for their accommodation throughout the duration of the programme.

Duration: 6 Months
Programme Description
The Indusial Training Fund (ITF) and Nigeria Employers consultative Association (NECA), in collaboration with ITF-Model Skills Training Centre, Abuja invite applications from qualified young Nigerians of sound character and learning potential to undertake six months intensive training programme in the following areas:
- IT Essential and PC Maintenance
- Networking and System Security
- Productivity Software Application, and
- Web Design and Development.
Objectives
The programme will impact skills to:
- Design, develop and deploy websites.
- Design and manage functional computer networks.
- Assemble, maintain and troubleshoot computer system.
- Develop competency in the use of applications.
- Equip youths for employability and entrepreneurship development in Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
The Programme
- The programme which will be at the ITF-MSTC, Abuja is non-residential. Candidates, will, therefore, be responsible for their accommodation throughout the duration of the programme. Successful candidates will enjoy tuition fee FREE, lunch and monthly stipend.
- Trainees will receive Project-based and hands-on training activities and exercises.
Requirements
Applicants should be between the ages of 18 and 35 years and are required to possess any one of the following qualifications:
- HND or B.Sc in Science or related fields.
- Ordinary National Diploma (OND).
- National Diploma certificate/National Innovation Diploma.
- National Technical certificate in ICT
- Secondary School certificate
- Examination (WAEC, NECO or NABTEB).

Title: C-STEMP Skills Training Technical Skills Development Project
Location: Enugu
Duration: 4 months
Programme Description
The Industrial Training Fund (ITF) and Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA), in collaboration with C-STEMP Skills Training Centre, Enugu invite applications from qualified young Nigerians and semi-skilled artisans who are interested in upgrading their skills for National Skills Qualification (NSQ) certification to undertake an intensive four months upskilling, assessment and certification programme in the following Trade Areas:
- Masonry
- Plumbing installation and maintenance
- Electrical installation and maintenance.
The Programme:
- The programme which will be at the C-STEMP Skills Training Centre, Enugu is non-residential. Candidates will therefore, be responsible for their accommodation throughout the duration of the programme. Successful candidates will enjoy tuition fee FREE, lunch and stipend.
Objectives
The training will:
- Identify and document the skill gaps and deficiencies in the artisans based on the National Occupational Standards (NOS)
- Improve and upskill participants’ competencies in the various trades they are practicing.
- Induct and support beneficiaries to attain the NSQ certification through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) method of assessment.
Requirements
Applicants should be between 18 and 35 years and are required to meet the following requirements:
- 2 – 5 years’ experience practicing any of the chosen trade;
- Have the requisite documentations for identification in the form of a valid national identity card or alternative
- Demonstrate interest & commitment to the skills certification acquisition program
- Basic literacy, good aptitude and communication skills will be an added advantage.
