P-YES management team has reopened the registration portal for new application but do not encourage double registration. So if you have applied before you do not need to start a new registration.

The Presidential Youth Empowerment Scheme (P-YES) was officially launched on the 12th of October 2020 by the President and Commander in Chief of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Muhammadu Buhari in the Presidential Villa, as a sustainable response mechanism to the growing challenges of unemployment, youth restiveness and poverty among the fast growing youth population.
The P-YES is to empower the Nigerian youth through creating opportunities and the enabling environment for wealth creation by arming the youth with requisite skills, knowledge and resources that will make them productive, thereby reducing poverty and creating an economically empowered youth population that are Strategically positioned to creatively and meaningfully contribute to nation building.
