Job Title: Copywriter and Content Creator

About the Role

  • As the Copywriter, your primary focus is to create and write copy that is engaging, exciting, incites action or provokes a positive emotion in our audience as it relates to the Flutterwave brand or any of our products. We’re looking for a creative thinker with excellent writing and research skills to help us elevate that work as our full-time, in-house copywriter.
  • As a member of the Brand and Storytelling team, you will write and edit copy for a variety of projects (including print, web, mobile, video, and social media), working closely with the rest of the marketing and design teams to brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and develop messaging.
  • Thorough research and interviews will be sometimes required to understand our target audience, products/services, branding, and marketing goals. The most successful copywriter will be a quick learner with a versatile writing style.
  • All content must take a creative spin on storytelling and be in line with the overall brand messaging and guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through execution on assigned brands
  • Research and understand the brand or product’s needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject matter experts, and in-person meetings
  • Write original copy and edit content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing and design teams from concept development to delivery of final product
  • Revise copy based on internal and client feedback/direction

Requirements

Job Title: Associate Project and Optimization Manager, Global Partnerships

The Role

  • We are looking for an Associate Project and Partnership Optimization Manager who will activate and manage projects to enable new payment types on Flutterwave Infrastructure.
  • You will also analyze data to determine optimal transaction routing strategy across service lines, including implementing add-on services that can improve the product, customer experience, or revenue, act as the frontline for all partner issues and subsequent resolution, and build and maintain relationships with all relevant Flutterwave partners.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop full-scale project plans and collaborate with Stakeholders (I.e Engineering Team, Treasury team, Product Team) to track performance and progress as well as associated communication documents using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Apply appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
  • Develop effective strategies to remedy variances from project plans, and minimize impacts

Job Responsibilities
As a Technical Account Manager, you will:

  • Be the primary contact for all technical activities post-launch for managed merchants.
  • Do hands-on troubleshooting and ensure that their daily technical challenges are resolved quickly.
  • Monitor managed merchants’ Flutterwave Integration health.
  • Understand Flutterwave products and their underlying architecture.
  • Perform regular technical audits on merchants’ Flutterwave integration; provide code samples and recommendations for optimizing it and ensuring Flutterwave best practices are adopted.
  • Take part in regular technical account reviews and provide them with insights.
  • Advocate new Flutterwave product adoption and identify new opportunities where Flutterwave products and technologies can better fit in merchants’ strategy and architecture.
  • Represent the merchant’s voice while providing feedback to Flutterwave’s product and engineering teams to help prioritize the product roadmap accordingly.
  • Develop relationships across all levels and functions to create value for our merchants and Flutterwave.

Job Requirements
