Job Description
- We are looking for dynamic Senior Recruitment Consultants to work in our flagship branch in Lagos, due to our significant growth and expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities
- Winning new clients through business development activities
- Providing account management, support and excellent customer service to clients and candidates across an allocated and developing portfolio
- Building an excellent working relationship with every candidate
- Obtaining their weekly availability, understanding and getting to know their skills and areas of speciality in order to place them in suitable environments whilst offering your continued support
- Recruiting staff through headhunting, generating candidate leads and referrals
- Assisting with compliance administration
- Maintaining/servicing, developing and growing a portfolio of clients
- Filling shift requests with suitably skilled and experienced staff
- Being the main point of contact for a large pool of candidates
Requirements
Ideal Candidate will have:
- Previous experience in recruitment (Minimum of 5 years as a recruitment consultant) in a top recruiting / resourcing firm is a MUST.
- Ability to lead by example
- Computer literate
- Must have good Excel and Word skills
- Good telephone manner
- Accurate and conscientious with keen attention to detail
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Integrity and accountability/ good time keeping.
- Previous recruitment sales experience or strong business development background
- Good telephone manner
- Good written skills
- Compliance follows ups
- Strong account management skills
- Ability to create staff profiles
