Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and high value corporate relationships and follow through to generate revenue from these relationships.
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Abuja salesforce (Brokers, Annuity etc.) in order to achieve the overall sales budget for the region.
- Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, pricing and distribution strategies in order to meet the overall budget.
- Attend high value client engagements to present the company’s product and service offerings with a focus to increase brand awareness and customer base.
- Guide the team in qualifying sales lead thereby optimizing sales resource.
- Expand the corporate customer base of the company by exploring opportunities to deepen relationships with brokers and institutions across different sectors of the economy.
- Identify and drive the implementation of customer retention strategies within the corporate distribution channel to guarantee repeat business.
- Facilitate periodic customer and stakeholder interactive sessions to solicit feedback and identify opportunity for service improvements.
- Ensure that all enquiries, complaints, and customer concerns are promptly responded to.
- Work closely with the Claim’s unit for prompt claims settlement for respective clients
- Conduct performance review session on regular basis with members of the team and advice on ways to improve their performance.
- Ensure strict compliance to process and procedure to minimize business risks
- Ensure compliance in customer’s documentation in line with product requirement and regulatory standards.
- Keep a breast of the features, terms, conditions, documentation requirements and processes for different classes of products offered by the Company and ensure that the sales team comply with the various terms, conditions and documentation processes when selling to potential customers.
Role Specification – Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications
- First Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration or any related discipline
- Professional qualifications and industry certifications such as CIIN, NIM, CFP etc.
- Minimum of Ten (10) years relevant experience required.

Job Title: Cleaner
Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities
- Cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors and vacuuming
- Refilling supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels
- Cleaning spills, broken glass and other messes up as quickly as possible
- Performing maintenance activities related to cleaning such as ensuring bathrooms are clean
- Ordering new cleaning supplies as needed
Job Requirements
- Should possess an SSCE qualification
- Minimum of 3 years experience in similar capacity

Job Title: Accounting Officer (Fresh Graduate)

Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable, depending on role
- Utilize database software to organize financial account information
- Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources
- Make regular contact with clients to ensure payment

Responsibilities
- Studying various insurance proposals
- Preparing of policy document and policy schedule
- To monitor the clauses attached to any policies in order not to extend the company’s liability unnecessarily
- Preparing of motor and marine certificate
- To ensure strict compliance with the company’s procedure with regards to renewal of all existing policies
- Calculating possible risk and deciding how much individuals or organizations should pay for insurance (the premium).
- Deciding whether the risk should be shared with a re-insurer
- Co-operate with other units for the success of operational matters
- Negotiating terms with policyholders
- Specifying conditions to be imposed on different types of policies, for example, asking that a property owner install a security alarm.
- Decline an application if the proposed insurance cannot be underwritten as an acceptable rate or does not meet underwriting guidelines.
- Gather and assess background information, including reports and medical records from specialists where appropriate to effectively assess the risk involved
- Calculate possible risk and decide on the premium – how much individuals or organizations should pay for insurance
- Liaise with specialists, such as surveyors or doctors, for risk assessment, and develop good working relationships with brokers

- Provide research, data analysis and presentation creation to assist in the evaluation of business opportunities in line with group objectives.
- Structure large data sets to find usable information, using graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data and provide actionable insights.

Job Title: Senior Product Strategy Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Key Deliverables
- Champion the conceptualization of products and manage product development activities for all sales distributions.
- Work with relevant stakeholders including sales teams, actuarial services and strategy departments to identify product related gaps in the life insurance industry with a view to developing products that address these gaps.
- Develop a centralized database of latest market insights, competitors’ product offerings, propositions, marketing & sales campaigns for proactive management of competitions.
- Develop a standardized FBNI process for developing and launching products
- Engage relevant support departments (IT, Technical, Premium Admin, Marketing, etc) that would be necessary for smooth launching and continuous sale of new products.
- Coordinate and obtain sign-off for Product Business Case from relevant Functional Heads, and submit for Management and Board approval.
- Engage relevant stakeholders in upstream discussions, work with Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance and Control department to seek approval from relevant regulatory bodies and ensure timelines are met.
- Provide on-going support to all distributions (internal and external stakeholders) in all matters related to products.
- Work closely with Actuarial Services to determine and periodically review new and existing product prices and rates
- Identify and recommend product bundling opportunities with financial and non-financial services providers.
- Prepare and obtain sign off for Product Write-Up, Policy Contract, Product Summary etc.
- Product portfolio management to achieve budget and business KPIs.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration or it equivalent.
- MBA will be an add advantage.
- 5+ years of product management or strategy experience.
- FinTech experience will be an advantage.
- Enjoy working as a team to solve problems collaboratively.
- Track record of successfully introducing products to the market.
- Strategic thinker, analytical & data driven with experience presenting solutions to senior level audience
