We are recruiting to fill the positions below:
Job Title: Accountant
Location: Idu, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Ensure strong accounting and reporting throughout the group, including overseeing and monitoring an effective control environment and providing strategic information and advice to the management team.
- Prepare financial statements, budget reports, forecasts, cost analysis reports, and profit or loss statements, as well as make recommendations for spending or cost cuts.
- Report to the Board with timely and accurate financial information
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Manage Fixed Assets Register and ensure insurance premiums are promptly paid.
- Develop and maintain supporting documents for all financial reports and evaluate them for various departments and committees.
- Administration of the company’s tax payment system, including the compilation and remittance of Staff PAYE tax deducted, Staff pension contribution, VAT collected, and withholding tax deducted and interact with tax and other regulatory/statutory authorities.
- Interact with the internal and external auditors and also maintain relationships with the company’s bankers
- Preparation of Monthly and Half-yearly Cash Flow projection
- Maintenance of Accounts Payable and payments of vendors and other suppliers of goods and services
- Develop and implement internal financial controls for integration of closing process and financial activities of the company.
- Maintenance of Account Receivables, Billing of respective clients, and recommendation of appropriate Credit Control Policy
Key Requirements
- B.Sc in Accounting
- 2-3 years experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point)
Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Idu, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Develop contact with potential customers by cold calling, emailing or scheduling meetings in person.
- Form new and continue existing relationships with companies by building customer database and visiting contacts in person, maintaining phone contact
- Maintain a strong understanding about product inventory, features and technical specifications to answer specific customer questions.
- Present information about company offerings during trade shows or other large events to potential customers.
- Create new methods or strategies to meet monthly target and increase company profitability.
- Give customers in-person product demonstrations and teach them about the features and benefits of each item the company offers.
- Attend weekly sales team meetings and provide information to management about sales figures, goals and challenges.
Key Requirements
- B.Sc in any field from an approved tertiary institution
- Interested candidates must have 2-3 years sales and marketing experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point)
Job Title: Human Resource & Administration Executive
Location: Idu, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibility
- Developing, implementing and coordinating policies and programs covering several of the following: employment, labour relations, training, placement, and safety and health, benefits and employee services.
Job Functions
- Oversees and participates in employment activities to ensure that properly qualified employees are recruited and hired.
- Develop programs, policies, procedures and controls regarding employment, and analyzes manpower, turnover and other personnel statistics.
- Counsels supervisors regarding employee relations issues and ensures adherence to various state and federal regulations.
- Develops and implements company-wide training programs, conduct training programs and orientation sessions for new employees.
- Coordinates the administration of employee safety, health, security, recreation and benefits programs.
- Prepares and issues manuals establishing human resource policies, and interprets such policies for executives and supervisors.
- Supervise human resources representatives and provides on-the-job training as required.
- Ensure to carry out duties honestly and abide the companies corporate social responsibility (CSR), occupational health safety (OHS) environment policy (EP) policy and procedures
- To perform other work related functions as per instruction by immediate superior.
Key Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a BSc in a relevant field.
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- 2-3 years experience
- Must reside around Idu, Abuja and its environs.
Salary
N70,000 – N150,000 monthly.
