Job Description
- Managing design projects from concept development through to completion
- Developing and presenting project proposals.
- Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client’s needs.
- Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications and construction document.
- Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
- Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations
- Determining and adhering to budgets and timeliness.
- Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals, etc.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience as an Architect preferred.
- Excellent technical drawing skills.
Job Title: Civil Engineer
Locations: Lagos & Port Harcourt – Rivers
Job Description
- Undertake technical and feasibility studies, including site investigations.
- Use wide range computer software to develop detailed designs.
- Liase with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors etc.

- Responsible for implementation of QUMS requirements and ensure compliance.
- Support projects manager on day to day QAQC matters and preparation of QAQC reports.
- Maintain QAQC records and ensure all projects documentation are kept in compliance with the QMS etc.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years in Building Construction Industry;
- Experience in Commercial Building Projects.
Job Title: Equipment / Plant Manager

Job Description
- Responsible for managing the operations of all equipment, maintenance personal and equipment performance as well as, the financial performance of equipment assets to meet the business needs of assigned projects facilities.
