Job Title: SIEM Analyst

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

  • Monitoring client IT security infrastructure, identifying and reporting Real Time attacks and vulnerabilities using IBM Radar SIEM and other integrated security solutions
  • Identify, categorize, prioritize, and investigate correlated events. Identification of incidents and subsequent analysis and investigation to determine their severity and the response required
  • Document investigation results and provides relevant details for final analysis. Develop reports, dashboards, real-time rules, filters, active channels, etc
  • Provide event/incident procedure, long-term analysis, and investigation into network activity and provide investigation reports.
  • Develop and institute standard procedures for the “front-end” operation of the SIEM system as directed by Security Engineers. Among others
  • Perform investigation and triage of events and incidents and escalate according to SOPs. Ensure that incidents are correctly reported and documented in accordance with policy and procedures
  • Monitor/and work ticket queue for events and incidents

Qualifications

  • BSc in Computer Science or B.Eng in Engineering
  • Experience in a multi-disciplined IT environment with strong expertise in Data Analysis and vulnerability management.
  • 3-5 years post-graduate experience, with a minimum of 3 years experience in required function in a reputable organization preferably an Oil & Gas company.

 

 

 

Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Rivers
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

  • Plan and manage the execution of IT projects that delivers business value within agreed time, cost, and quality
  • Plan, document and safely execute IT Projects as defined in Project Delivery Framework and deliver within agreed time and budget
  • Participate in the development, review and sustenance of IT Projects delivery standards, methods, guidelines, techniques, tools, and control structures for effective management of all IT development
  • Prepare and maintain project quality and risk plans and track progress against the plans, providing regular progress reports to the Customer and Project Governance board as appropriate
  • Manage change control process in relation to the project/program, gain agreement for revisions to the scope from project sponsors, and ensure projects continue to meet business objectives, among others
  • Implement agreed project communication ownership plan and interface with key stakeholders at the multiple levels across the organization to ensure that expectations are managed and that the aims of the program or project continue to be aligned with business needs and strategies as they evolve.
  • Support the development and management of Strategic Contracts and vendor relationships to ensure value realization for the Company and deliver project objectives
  • Estimate and monitor project costs, schedule, and resource requirements in relation to agreed terms of reference and take necessary steps where these deviate from plan and facilitate tracking and escalation of project progress and issues to key Stakeholders.

Qualification(s)

  • BSc in Computer science or B.Eng in Engineering; Certification or a Postgraduate Degree in Project Management is an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 5 – 7 years post graduate experience, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in required function (managing IT Projects) in a reputable organization preferably an Oil & Gas company.

 

 

 

 

Job Title: Data Architect

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Objective

  • The role contributes to the maximization of the business value of enterprise data by ensuring Data Architecture coherency across the business domains and enabling Data re-use

Job Description

  • Delivery, consultancy and assurance for all Data Architecture deliverables in the business domains, and for planning, coordinating and steering any resources that are required to do so
  • Drive and manage the development and maintenance of the data architecture artifacts according to the data architecture standards, for any and all solution or Business Data Domains, including roadmap, data models, mastership, and utilization for the data within the business
  • Identify and propose potential data model and data integration changes and improvements, including decommissioning systems and master data management solutions, data services
  • Ensures all data model designs are reviewed for consistency with existing standards.Among others
  • Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support data analysis and data projects/programs

Qualification(s)

  • BSc in Computer science or B.Eng in Engineering; Experience in a multi-disciplined IT environment with strong expertise in Data Analysis and Modelling

Experience:

  • 3 – 5 years post graduate experience, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in required function (Data Management/Design) in a reputable organization preferably an Oil & Gas company.
  • Experience in data modelling, and/or data analysis. Experience developing reference architecture, principles, and standards. Experience in data management, data integration, and data architecture techniques. Ability to relate architectural decisions and recommendations to business needs.

 

 

 

 

Job Title: Application Support Analyst

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

  • Analyse, design, develop, implement, support or enhance Business application systems and back-end Databases
  • Perform escalated analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation for multiple supported applications
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Business Applications: Focusing on Application performance and User Guidance.
  • Support the DBA Lead to formulate policies, procedures, and standards relating to database management, and monitor transaction activity and utilization
  • Remain current with industry technology and trends.Other Duties as assigned.
  • Use available tools, procedures, instructions, and documents to resolve technical problems
  • Improve, Optimise and document the technical processes around application support.Establish and maintain security and integrity controls

Qualification(s)

  • B.Sc in Computer Science or B.Eng in Engineering;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have experience with Office 365 and/or SharePoint online implementation, administration, governance, and support.
  • Certification relational databases, Oracle and SQL.Experience working with Azure Environments will be an advantage.

Experience:

  • 3 – 5 years of information technology experience in an Enterprise environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server tools such as SSMS, SSIS.
  • Experience pulling data from Microsoft SQL Server databases for reports is preferred.Any related technology certifications are a plus. Examples are MCSA, CompTIA’s Network+ or Server+, MCSE

Job Description

  • Assists with the management of the organization’s data assets in order to improve and maintain data quality
  • Establish and maintain Data Quality rules for Business teams
  • Assist in the development of and execution of Data Quality programs
  • Collaborating and supporting the Business Data Quality teams
  • Define and manage standards, guidelines, and processes to ensure data quality.Among others

  • B.Sc in Computer Science / B.Eng Engineering

Experience:
