The International Students Scholarship for the 2023/2024 Academic Year

Welcoming international students is one of our most important values, which is why Luiss University is making fifty-one scholarships available for the 2023/2024 academic year, giving priority to:
students from the Euro-Mediterranean area, particularly the Balkans;
students from East Asia, such as China and Vietnam;
students from the Middle East and North Africa;
students with Italian roots who do not hold an Italian passport;
students selected pursuant to international agreements or programs (IEC, Diasporas, etc.
Scholarships for Students Admitted with IB, SAT, ACT, GMAT and GRE scores
IB Honors Scholarship
Students with excellent applications who have received an IB Diploma in the 2023-2023 academic year, may be offered a total or partial tuition scholarship. There is no need to apply for the scholarship, all applicants are automatically considered for the scholarship.
SAT/ACT Scholarship
As part of its initiative to value excellent students, Luiss University is offering four scholarships earmarked for students with SAT or ACT certification who have submitted an application for direct admission to the first year of a bachelor’s degree or single-cycle master’s degree program in the 2023/2024 academic year.
The scholarships consist of a 50% partial waiver of the University’s annual tuition fee and can be renewed for the entire standard duration of the degree program.

Sub-Saharan Africa Project
The Sub-Saharan Africa Project is a Luiss University program designed for students and researchers and aimed at providing an educational opportunity to talented young people from the Sub-Saharan Africa region, enabling them to pursue bachelor’s or master’s degree programs in Italy through the awarding of scholarships disbursed by the University’s partner organizations and business enterprises. For the 2023/2024 academic year, thanks to the contribution of ECU – Eni Corporate University S.p.A., Luiss University is announcing five scholarships for future master’s students who are citizens of a Sub-Saharan African country with priority afforded to students from the following nations: Angola, Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, Kenya, Mozambique and Rwanda.
NIAF-LUISS Scholarship for US citizens with Italian descent participating in the international selection a.y. 2023/2024
Luiss announces, in collaboration with NIAF – National Italian American Foundation, a competition for the awarding of two scholarships for students, with a US citizenship and Italian descent, participating in the international selection process for admission in a bachelor’s, single-cycle master’s or master’s degree program in the 2023/2024 academic year.
The two scholarships consist of a full waiver of the University’s annual tuition fee, devoted to:
- One Italian American student to attend a Bachelor’s Degree course (three year program) at Luiss Guido Carly in Rome, Italy;
- One Italian American student to attend a Master’s Degree course (two year program) at Luiss Guido Carly in Rome, Italy;
The application form will have to be accompanied with a motivational letter, explaining the importance of your Italian heritage and how it has affected you.
Applications must be submitted through the online application form available by noon on 31 May 2023.
