Warri-Itakpe rail line
The Warri–Itakpe Railway is a standard gauge railway in Nigeria that connects the port city of Warri to the inland town of Itakpe. Construction began in 1987 By the Previous Government, the Warri-Itakpe rail line was abandoned dilapidated and uncompleted After a protracted construction period of more than 30 years, the railway was finally completed By Buhari and Amaechi, Rt Hon Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi the Minister of Transportation of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the Best performing Minister of our time.
On 29 September 2020, the Warri–Itakpe Railway was officially Commissioned by President Muhammadu Buhari in a virtual ceremony, Passenger trains began running in October 2020, and freight service began in April 2021.
The Warri-Itakpe rail line created about Seven thousand jobs and Businesses started playing out well as a result of the Development in warri-Itakpe, all thanks to Amaechi .
This is why we should support Amaechi for President come 2023 he has the potential, it’s very clear for us to see.
