Newly trained interns:

Second Class Upstairs
Second class lower (but with a master’s degree!)

Senior officer and supervisory cadre:

• Must be between 34 and 37 years old
• Must have 6-9 years of experience, supported by a letter from your previous employer.
• Certificates: The NYSC discharge certificate is non-negotiable.

Management staff:

• Must be under 45 years of age
• Must have a full 18 to 20 years of experience. Should have served in a large conglomerate related to NNPC.
• Certificates: Yes, the NYSC printing certificate again!

Please note that management and supervisory staff are clubbed under “experienced appointments”.

Common NNPC Requirements for all Aspirants
