Job Description
- Coordination of Transport and Logistics matters across the entire organization.
- Ensure that accurate and complete accounting, reporting and internal control systems are put in place, and are functional, ensuring that all relevant records are maintained.
- Manage logistics operations including all logistics assets in order to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of organization cargoes.
- Ensure effective materials management and quality control.
- Generate reports on logistics operations and vehicle maintenance for management decision.
- Identify and mobilize resources for logistics operations, within the provisions made available by the organization.
- Ensure effective Land Transport Storage and Handling (LTSH) management including regular LTSH reviews.

Person Specification

Job Summary
- The Outlet store officer will be responsible for maintaining the supply and demand of inventory, and ensuring that there are adequate stocks available in the outlet.
- He will also ensure stock delivery confirmations, and manage inventory balances.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS)
- Enter purchase details (vendors information, invoices and pricing) into internal databases
- Place orders to replenish merchandise as needed
- Track shipments and escalate any delays
- Oversee storage of products, particularly the fragile items
- Coordinate regular inventory audits
- Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products’ quality (status upon delivery and storage conditions)

Job Summary
- Representative of internal auditors in recording and undersigning of products passed from back end to front end (i.e. proper accountability and documentation of products produced and transferred to the counter).
Specific Duties
- Counting and weighing of products to be passed to the counter for sales and record same on the PTN for the individual production section
- To ensure products passed are duly signed by both transferor and transferee
- To be a signatory to the PTN after ensuring that proper count has been done and all signatories have duly signed.
- To record all special orders taken
- Compilation of records of product passed for individual products at the end of the day to obtain total products passed (both soft register and hard cover register), and submit same to the internal auditor on duty, including records for special order

Job Summary
- Outlet Accountant is keeps and interprets the outlet’s financial records and manages all financial transactions of the outlet, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits through various channels.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Keep records and manage daily sales after checking all related source documents
- Manage petty cash disbursement, recording and documentation.
- Maintain all receivables and payables accounts of the outlet.

- The role of the Outlet Auditor is to ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation in the outlet.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Reconciliation of stock at the front end
- Cash count of main cash (sales) and petty cash with the cashier.
- Cash evacuation at the front end and reconciliation of machine print out receipts.
