Job Purpose
- E-Channels applications support e.g. Postilion for ATM, POS and Visa/ Master Cards solutions, Finacle Internet Banking, Telephone Banking, Finacle USSD.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Management and support of the Bank’s Postilion Front End Processor (FEP), Postilion Portal, Postilion Office, Postilion Realtime and other auxiliary systems
- Management of card issuing systems such as CAPS
- Channels Integration and Postilion Application implementation, Support, Support banking application projects relating to e-Channels
- Channels Integration and Postilion Application implementation, Support, Support banking application projects relating to e-Channels
- Administration and support of e-Payment solutions e.g. PayDirect, WebPay and REMITA
Qualifications and Experience
- First Degree in Computer Sciences and IT-related courses
- Chartered Institute of Business Analyst
- MSQL server administration
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
