Job Description
Our client in the outsourcing and logistics firm seeks to fill the role of the CEO in achieving the organization’s strategic objectives. The Chief Executive Officer will oversee the business activities and operations of the subsidiary by providing a strategic direction that includes the development and implementation of plans, policies, strategies, and budgets for the growth and profitable operation of the company.
JOBDESCRIPTION
• Maintain existing customer relationships and establish new ones.
• Generate business mandates from clients.
• Deliver on the subsidiary’s budgeted income and profit before tax (PBT).
• Enhance and sustain the business brand, culture, and standards for operational excellence.
• Review and upgrade business plans and make appropriate recommendations to the Group Managing Director/CEO.
• Represent the organization in an ethical and professional manner.
• Manage and periodically evaluate the performance of all outsourced businesses.
• Drive the business line of Background check/Address verification etc.
• Constantly review the Company’s fee and cost structure to ensure that margins are optimal while remaining competitive and efficient.
• Manage and grow the outsourcing arm of the business.
• Work with other relevant units in the Group to deliver on the overall set objectives.
• Manage and administer the Subsidiary’s operations.
• Communicate in a clear, concise, and understandable manner, both orally and in writing, to remove barriers and enhance teamwork across the unit.
REQUIREMENTS
• BSc. or B.A in any field from a reputable university.
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration will be an advantage.
• A professional qualification in Personnel Management (CIPM, SPHRi, CIPD) is mandatory.
• Minimum of 15 years experience with at least 5 years in a senior management position.
• Possess strong human and interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Possess excellent cost management and negotiation skills.
• Prioritization and delegation skills
