What is NPower?
The N-Power program was launched by Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari on June 8, 2016, with the mission of “Empowering Nigerian Youths for Prosperity” to address the issue of youth unemployment and advance the social development of young people in Nigeria.
The plan’s goal, a component of the National Social Investment Program (NSIP), is to empower children by allowing them to learn and practice most of the skills required to obtain or create employment.
NPower For Graduates
The N-power graduate programs are intended for young people who have earned at least a first degree or an HND from any accredited educational institution inside or outside the nation. Npower Registration Requirement For 2023

- Candidate must be a Federal Republic of a Nigerian citizen.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age and above but not less than 35years.
- Applicant must possess an identity card issued by the government

- For graduates, a letter stating their discharge from NYSC
- Non-graduates must have at least an SSCE, WAEC, or NECO certificate),
How to Successfully Apply for NPower Recruitment in 2023
Here are guidelines to follow to apply for Npower recruitment in 2023:
- Visit https://portal.npower.gov.ng or https://apply.npower.gov.ng to access the official N-power recruitment portal.
- Consider applying for a graduate position (Npower volunteer corps) or a non-graduate position (Npower Build)
- After choosing a category, the applicant should pick the “Apply Now” link at the bottom of the page.
- The online application for N-power should appear on the following page. When finished, you should click “NEXT” after accurately entering your information.
- You should now upload a scanned copy of each of your credentials (Certifications)
- When finished, press the “Submit” button.
- Your N-power Registration Number should appear on the next page. You are required to make a copy of it and store it securely.
- Print your acknowledgement slip immediately while at the cybercafé.
- After registering, you should receive a mail including information on your N-power application and additional instructions.
