Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in data engineering and will be responsible for building and maintaining our data infrastructure and pipelines. You will work closely with our data analysts in the team to ensure our data is accurate, reliable, and accessible.

Job Responsibilities

  • The Operations Manager is a full-time position strategically created to help realize the museum’s mission, vision, and strategic plan by ensuring Company’s location inspires visitors with a warm, comfortable, welcoming environment for a greater sense of belonging and deeper engagement with art.
  • The Operations Manager’s primary responsibilities are to generate and implement superior customer service and destination experience that promotes membership, community engagement, shopping, safety, and the security of our exhibitions and educational programs.
  • The Operations Manager focuses on our guests experience and facilities operations, all while staying true to advancing the museum’s mission and impact.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages all business and office operations (i.e., answering phones, accounts management, purchase orders, budgets)
  • Oversees all information provided to visitors such as visitor guides, exhibit information, special event information, directions, etc.
  • Assists with exhibit development, design, and installation.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the museum gallery and store.
  • Schedule and oversee visitor service associates and other volunteer staff.

Required Education and Work Experience:

  • Minimum two years’ full-time employment in an office, business, gallery, academic museum, or very similar setting working in operations-related activities.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Experience and knowledge of management of operations in a business, gallery, or museum.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office, accounting principles, and inventory, personnel, and event management.

  • A Credit Control Officer is responsible for recovering money owed by customers to the organization. The credit function plays a vital role in the finance department to ensure that invoices are paid on time to assist the organization manage its cash flow.

Responsibilities

  • Provides quality leadership for all sales team in his area.
  • Implements a monthly area sales plan with his sales team which will deliver projected volume of growth and weighted availability targets through proper DSS and Wholesale initiatives and their management.
  • Ensures sales reps, supervisors and have daily, weekly and monthly volume objectives and KPIs (key performance indicators) and that performance is tracked and reviewed daily.

  • Segments assigned market into routes of minimum of 30 outlets/route per six days of the week.
  • Assigns one Rep to cover 6 routes in the assigned market
  • Checks demands by brands of each outlet and recommend reps daily load out on demand target and company directive.
  • Ensures that all outlets are properly registered on mobile app.
  • Convenes a daily sales review with sales reps after the day’s reconciliation.
  • Prepares studies and analyzes Reps’ report and make necessary recommendations.
  • Checks and ensures availability of brands in the 180 outlets covered by reps.
