Overall Responsibilities

  • The Head, Finance is responsible for all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.
  • S/he will also be responsible for establishing the Financial Reporting Controls Framework (FRCF) for the IFRS financial statements, statutory and tax reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage finance team, oversee day-to-day financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, fund accounting and financial reporting.
  • Develop and executive strategic financial plans that aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and guidance to support decision making by senior leadership.

Qualification and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, MSC would be an added advantage). Candidate MUST be ICAN or ACCA , or related, certified.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years progressive finance experience, with significant knowledge of managing a Team.
