Job Title: Cold End Section Head

Location: Delta

Job Purpose

  • To ensure that packed production conforms to specification and Company’s set standards on the line Inspection equipment.
.

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for cold-end operation and ensure proper use and maintenance of all equipment in the department.
  • Responsible for implementation and maintaining records of production, repacking and re-sorting in compliance to company standards.
  • Ensure consumption of packaging materials are within approved budget.
  • Coordinate with Technical department on machine breakdown/malfunction and abnormal operation.
  • Plan for materials to be used for packing of quality glassware from production lines and arrange transfer to the warehouse.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Quality Management Systems (QMS), Food Safety, Occupational Health and Safety (OHSAS) & Environmental Management System (EMS) policies and procedures.
  • Review and implement department’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Ensure Quality Inspectors on the line use gauges during packaging of wares in strict accordance with customer’s specifications.
  • Evaluate performances of Team Members, identify, and recommend trainings necessary to improve performance.
  • Train, develop and motivates subordinates for optimum performances and prepare weekly reviews.
  • Maintain good housekeeping, safe working environment and ensure employees comply with safety regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Production, Packaging, Engineering or Science and other related fields.
  • Must have 7-10 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Presentation
  • Sound business and professional ethics
  • Analytical and numerical skills

Job Title: Maintenance Specialist

Location: Agbara Ogun

Job Purpose

  • Installation, setup, maintenance, repair, and handling of hollow glass machines, Individual Section Machine (I.S machines).

Responsibilities

  • Carry out preventive/routine maintenance in accordance with the laid down schedule of the Individual Section (I.S.) machine to ensure smooth operation.
  • Supervise job change activities as related to Individual Section (I.S.) department to ensure undue loss of production time.
  • Carry out necessary repairs of Individual Section (I.S.) machines to meet production demand.
  • Complete checklist report and monitor performance indicators.
  • Re-build I.S. machines service the stackers and repair feeder mechanisms.

Qualifications & Experience

  • University Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering, Glass Technology or any other related field.
  • 1-3 years of working experience
  • Knowledge of Individual Section (I.S.) machine operation
  • Good troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze faults on bottle-making machines
  • Good knowledge of pneumatic machines
  • Knowledge of repair of heavy-duty engines
  • Use of Microsoft offices – MS Excel, MS Words and Power Point

Job Title: Finance Specialist

Location: Lagos

Job Purpose

  • Receipt and disbursement of Cash; Processing of Vendors’ payments.

Responsibilities

  • Pay company bills by cash, vouchers, or cheque.
  • Submits & retrieve documents to and from Bank on behalf of the company.
  • Maintain Employees’ Advance Schedules.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, credits or change due to Customers and Employees
  • Preparation of payment vouchers for payment to the Company’s Vendors.
  • Posting of Payment Vouchers into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Navision
  • Maintain log for payment documents receipts from the Plants.
  • Archiving of all Payment Instruments and Vouchers.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1 – 3 years experience in a similar role.

Job Title: Export Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Purpose

  • Develop and grow export business in Glass and Crowns businesses outside of Nigeria.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse and map out potential export customers with a focus to fill available capacity in Glass and Crowns at the best price possible to achieve company’s budgets in pricing and volume.
  • Identify opportunities within countries by mapping out existing customers including Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) and volumes; current suppliers and so on.
  • Set plans to visit identified countries and customers, exploring additional customers and opportunities in the country.
  • Share comprehensive feedback with the business post each trip highlighting potential opportunities and sharing next steps.
  • Follow through with securing business (negotiating the terms of award including but not limited to volume, price and validity, payment terms and so on) and growing the export element of the business.
  • Report ongoing (dynamic) analysis regarding market conditions and competitor activities to maintain market awareness to the company management and sales force.
  • Contribute to a team spirit culture influencing the day to day business, in order to keep up high pace and high productivity.
  • Exercise the values of the company on a day-to-day basis, in order to perform and develop the required skills and competencies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing or other sales related fields.
  • 7 – 10 years experience in the logistics or manufacturing sector.
  • Experience in a B2B business development role preferably in a multinational manufacturing company.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Dynamics Navision or any other Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint Presentation Skills (presenting to customers and company’s stakeholders).
  • Excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Detail oriented, possess strong analytical & numerical skills.
  • Technical mindset, be results oriented and have good organizing skills
  • Multilingual and business fluent in French and English Languages
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time outside of Nigeria

Job Purpose

  • Maintain adequate supervision and smooth operations in the shift.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates production activities and ensures that good quality bottles are produced in line with quality plan
  • Ensuring that activities concerned with job change are carried out in line with production Requirements
  • Maintain and monitor the effective supervision of the forming department with particular reference to quality, checking and cleanliness of work area
  • To identify and rate aspects of the department’s activities and develop programs where necessary to help control those aspects that could have adverse impact on the environment
  • Ensure that Critical Control Point (CCPs) are working at specified point and appoints specific employee to monitor each Critical Control Point (CCPs)
  • Ensure hygienic conditions during production until packaging

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Glass Technology or related fields.
  • Must have 1-3 years experience in bottle manufacturing plant
  • Must have experience and basic knowledge of computers and be able to learn programs necessary to carry out job function
