Job Summary

  • Relationship Officer in the Capital Market division has a main responsibility of attracting new companies to list on Nigerian Exchange’s Boards; Growth Board, Main Board and Premium Board) and also increasing Value-Added Services (VAC) to existing listed companies to ensure continued retention.

Responsibilities

  • Market companies to bring them to list on Nigerian Exchange’s Boards; Growth Board, Main Board and Premium Board;
  • Market and sell various products and services of Nigerian Exchange to prospective and existing listed companies to increase the listing value proposition;
  • Build, and maintain strong relationships with leadership and executive level of listed companies, e.g. CEO, CFO, and Board Members;
  • Promote listed company interface with Nigerian Exchange through participation at “Bell Ringing” ceremonies, “Facts Behind the Figures” and attendance at relevant Nigerian Exchange events;
  • Develop expertise in assigned industry sector(s) to enhance marketing and relationship management;
  • Understand business needs and operations of potential and listed companies’ community;
  • Contribute to the achievement of listing sales goals and retention of revenue;
  • Identify new products and or incremental revenue opportunities, through proactive relationship management;
  • Respond to enquiries from prospective and listed companies.

Person Specification & Required Qualification

  • B.Sc / HND qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Law, Banking, Economics or a similar field
  • A professional certification is an advantage
  • 2-5 years’ cognate client facing experience in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Commerce, Agricultural, Transport, Telecoms or Oil and Gas Sectors
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt existing knowledge to new areas
  • Good financial statements understanding and knowledge
  • Track record of attracting and maintaining new client relationships in industry or the financial sector.

Job Title: ERP / CRM Application Support Officer

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Summary

  • Our Digital Technology Division is seeking a talented ERP/CRM Application Support Officer, with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join our team immediately.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP application.
  • You will provide functional and technical support such as module set-up, granting access rights to functional users, workflow design as well as updates to all key stakeholders. The successful candidate will report to Team Lead, Application Support.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring and ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly;
  • Ensure ERP software meets business requirements and goals, fulfils user requirements, and identifies and resolves systems issues;
  • Lead ERP process automation projects, create and present business cases where appropriate, develop and execute project plans, and deliver results within targeted timeframe and within budget;
  • Provide support to Groupwide users of the ERP
  • Write, maintain data integrity in systems and support a variety of reports or queries utilising appropriate reporting tools;
  • Manage and design mappings of all ERP tables, to ensure accurate data capture that promotes prudent compliance and enables comprehensive reporting;
  • Develop user friendly procedures, guidelines, and documentation applicable to the ERP;
  • Collaborate with other ERP users (Finance, Procurement etc.) to ensure integrity of the ERP;
  • Manage vendor relationships as well as coordinate with vendors’ application support admins and relevant stakeholders for licensing and renewals; including cost optimisation;
  • Lead implementation of the enterprise applications and support with current and future state analysis, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the new enterprise technology platform;
  • Monitor and track performance by tracking resolution progress and escalations;
  • Administer and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with key/relevant stakeholders, monitor performance levels and take corrective action as may be required.

Person Specification & Required Qualification(s)

  • Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline;
  • Professional certification(s) such as ITIL, PMP, Business Analysis, CompTIA and/or Microsoft 365 Certified is an added advantage;
  • Must have 6-8 years’ cognate experience managing an ERP system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365;
  • Significant knowledge of ERP applications (such as Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, etc);
  • HR/Payroll and or Finance related experience will be an added advantage.

 

 

 

 

Job Title: Server / Desktop Analyst

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Server/Desktop Analyst to join our dynamic technology services department. The Server/Desktop Analyst is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
  • He/She engages in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.
  • He/She also ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organisational values, enabling staff, volunteers, and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Analysing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.
  • Assisting project teams with technical issues in the initiation and planning phases of the NGX’s standard project methodology (SDLC)
  • Introducing and integrating new technologies into existing data center environments.
  • Performing routine audits of systems and software and backups.
  • Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
  • Installing and configuring new hardware and software (e.g. database systems).
  • Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
  • Answering technical queries and dealing with often frustrated users.
  • Responsibility for security.
  • Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system.
  • Troubleshooting any reported problems.
  • System performance tuning.
  • Accountable for the following systems: Linux and Windows (both physical and virtual) systems that support LAN infrastructure; Linux, Windows and Application systems that support security and email systems;
  • Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running.

Person Specification & Required Qualification (s)

  • B.Sc degree in Computer Science, Engineering discipline, Mathematics or Physics will be a distinct advantage.
  • Minimum of 4+ years post National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in server/desktop administration; experience within an exchange or financial services organization preferred.
  • Systems Administration/System Engineer certification in Unix and Microsoft (preferred)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
