Job Title: Senior Data Analyst (Credit Risk, Bank)

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join Renmoney’s Credit Risk team.
  • As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting various teams such as Decision Science, Portfolio Management, Collections, Policy, and Risk by monitoring and tracking various parameters to ensure effective credit risk management.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and programming to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Join our team as a Senior Data Analyst and contribute to our bank’s credit risk management efforts by leveraging your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and programming. Together, we can make informed decisions and mitigate risks effectively.

Data Analysis and Visualization:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex credit risk data from multiple sources to identify patterns, trends, and potential risks.
  • Design and develop comprehensive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visually represent key performance indicators and provide insightful visualizations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams to define data requirements and ensure data integrity and accuracy in the credit risk domain.
  • Provide clear and concise summaries of analysis findings to management and stakeholders, highlighting significant risks, opportunities, and recommendations.

Model Monitoring and Validation:

  • Monitor and validate credit risk models to ensure their accuracy, effectiveness, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement proactive strategies to identify model performance deviations and provide recommendations for model enhancements or adjustments.
  • Collaborate with Decision Science teams to understand model methodologies, assumptions, and limitations, and provide feedback on model performance.

ETL Processes and Data Management: 

  • Utilize your expertise in SQL and ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the credit risk data warehouse.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, ensuring the smooth flow of data and data integrity throughout the credit risk domain.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data storage and access, ensuring efficient and secure data management practices.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Decision Science, Portfolio Management, Collections, Policy, and Risk to provide analytical support, answer ad-hoc data queries, and address data-related challenges.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights and data-driven solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis, visualization, and credit risk management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) working as a Data Analyst in the credit risk domain, preferably within the banking industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and programming.
  • Good knowledge of R for statistical analysis (preferred).
  • Expertise in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and querying.
  • Experience with Postgres or other relational databases.
  • Solid understanding of ETL processes and data management best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks.
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex findings effectively and insights to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Other Requirements:

  • To thrive in this role, you will be confident working autonomously and with multidisciplinary teams on data analytics projects.
  • You will have experience creating and developing reproducible reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools, such as Power BI.
  • You will be able to present, communicate, and disseminate data analysis outputs to technical and non-technical colleagues, always making sure to validate and assure the quality of the data.
  • You will have experience querying relational databases using SQL and have experience working in an agile environment.

  • Identify opportunities for business growth and create marketing strategies based on those opportunities in order to meet and exceed revenue goals. In this role, your duties will include meeting with clients to set up the loan application process, gathering required financial documentation, and approving or denying loan requests based on your financial calculations.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Research and identify potential sales partners that align with our organization’s goals, target market, and value proposition
  • Evaluate potential partners based on their market presence, product or service offering, reputation, and potential synergy
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and due diligence to assess the viability and profitability of partnership opportunities
  • Develop a comprehensive partnership strategy to establish and nurture mutually beneficial relationships with selected partners
  • Initiate and engage in discussions with potential partners to explore collaboration opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, specifically focused on managing B2B sales partnerships
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Job Title: IT User Support – Analyst

The Position

  • The IT Support Officer provides technical assistance to computer users, answers questions or resolves computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically.
  • You will be required to provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.

Responsibilities

  • Install and upgrade hardware and software and provide complete assistance while configuring hardware, software, and peripherals of the end-user systems
  • Provide general desktop support, project coordination, imaging/ re-imaging PCs, and laptops
  • Provide one on one assistance to the end user regarding the technical flaw, either by phone, mails, or in person
  • Resolve network-related issues like local area connection problem, network access, mails, internet, dial-ins, etc.
  • Coordinate with the third-party service provider for timely repair of the system under the maintenance agreement warranty, and repairing minor flaws in hardware if not covered under the same.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years performing end-user support in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • A strong and proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple end-user and systems issues at once

Preferred:

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems independently in the context of PC and end-user support
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7/8.1/10, Office 365, Sharepoint and Onedrive in a corporate LAN environment
