Job Title: Purchasing Officer

Job Description

  • We are looking for a young and smart graduate for a purchasing officer role. Successful candidate will support projects in the procurement unit; deliver products and documents safely and efficiently to designated location within set timeframe.
  • Ensure proper handling and delivery of sensitive materials with authorization if necessary and deliver high standards of customer care.

Duties

  • Make inquiries of some gensets parts in local markets.
  • Purchase parts from the local market.
  • Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance.
  • Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.
  • Load, count items and verify its contents at destination.
  • Receive and prepare work orders.
  • Ensure proper use of company items.

Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team. This role will support the Group General Manager- Sales. Collect and analyze data for various types of business reports, create business reports that provide insight into key data points. Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers and manage a variety of special projects for the GGM for positive organizational impact.

Requirements

  • Prioritizes and proactively approach all issues and concerns addressed to GGM/GM, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.

Job Title: Senior Machine Operator

Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Brief Description

  • Supervise cutting & bending section of production line. Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements. Inspect and monitor machines on a regular basis during the entire shift and adjust the speed of the machine as well as loading it with materials.

Duties

  • Plan and study work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials specification, orthographic drawings, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpret geometric dimensions and tolerances.
  • Interpret design specification and ensure that a correct part is been cut and bent with the correct dimensions while meeting quality standards.
  • Document daily production of target achieved.
  • Program Laser/Punch machine by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tools register offsets, compensation, and conditional switches; calculating requirements, including basic math, geometry, and trigonometry; proving part programs.
  • Manufacture metal products using machines that employ laser and computerized equipment.
  • Coordinate and Operate Plasma cutting machine, punch machines and Laser machines.
  • CAD/CAM programming for CNC Machines using LANTEK EXPERT, LVD CADMAN and CNC Laser CAD.
  • Confirm weekly plan material availability.
  • Monitoring consumable usage, tooling list, ensure availability and fit for purpose.

  • 7-8 years of proven work experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing / industrial environment.

Job Title: Electrical Assembler Supervisor

Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Brief Description

  • Supervise the control panel section. Provide guidance, direction, leadership and mentorship to Electrical Assemblers under his / her supervision.

Duties

  • Collect production plan from the Production Planner/Production Manager on a weekly basis.
  • Collect production material from the store.
  • Supervises the processing and assembly of electrical DC looms, control panels etc. Complete point-to-point wiring, and install a wide variety of electronic and electro-mechanical components.
  • Determine the method and sequence of assembly operations.
  • Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, electrical schematics and wiring diagrams, specifications and work orders to determine materials requirements and assembly instructions.
  • Make sure that the production plans and programs are carried out by the staff.
  • Assure production-related needs are accomplished and completed per schedule or production requirements.
  • Inspect work as necessary to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Report the finished products (panels) to the Production Planner/Manager and store.
  • Supervise DC Harness section.
  • Uphold and sustain 5S in the section.
  • Use safety equipment, and protective devices and equipment as standardized for the section.
  • Maintain safe and clean environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Instruct, supervise, and transfer skills to DC Harness workers assigned to him to ensure high level of safety and quality of work.
  • Prepare reports to Production Manager.

Minimum Requirements

  • Other certifications in electronics assembly is a plus.
  • 7-8 years of proven work experience in electrical assembly and wiring.
