Eat ‘N’ Go Limited is a restaurant group on a mission to become the premier food operator in Africa. So far, our growing family consists of three international brands, Domino’s Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery & Pinkberry.

Eat ‘N’ Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N’ Go has about 100 stores (outlet) across Nigeria and still growing.

Job Description

  • As a Data Engineer, your primary responsibility is to design, build and maintain a database system that will support the needs of a company’s CRM analytics and BI projects.
  • Your job will require you to work with business analysts, data analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure that the database system is optimized for data collection, storage, and analysis.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a scalable and robust database architecture that will support the company’s CRM analytics needs.
  • Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes that will allow data to be transferred from various sources into Data Warehouse.
  • Design, develop, and maintain the data warehouse and associated ETL processes that support the BI system.
  • Collaborate with data analysts and other stakeholders to identify new data sources and opportunities for data-driven insights.
  • Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Knowledge on SQL, Python, Java, Hive, Spark, Kafka and ETL tools.
  • Knowledge in CRM analytics and Power BI is plus.
  • Familiar with cloud computing platforms such AWS, Microsoft Azure environment, or Google Cloud platform.
  • Familiar with data security and privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently, are essential.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Data Engineering
  • Expertise in database design and development, data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
  • Should possess strong Analytical skills.

Job Title: Network & Cyber Security Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

  • Develop unique, effective security strategies for software systems, networks, data centres, and hardware, Azure cloud, Microsoft 365 and other related systems.
  • Plan, build and Implement security systems to safeguard network, software, hardware, and other technology components.
  • Research best ways to secure company-wide IT infrastructure.
  • Build firewalls to protect network infrastructures.
  • QA software and hardware for security vulnerabilities and risks.
  • Monitor software for external intrusions, attacks, and hacks.
  • Close off security vulnerability in the case of an attack.
  • Identify cyber attackers, report to upper management, and cooperate with police or other legal forces to detain perpetrator.
  • Work independently or as part of a team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or STEM subject preferred.
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in professional Cyber Security.
  • Strong IT skills including knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and data centres.
  • Ability to think like a hacker and anticipate hacker moves.

Job Title: Factory Coordinator

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

  • Ensure compliance in the commissary with all required standards
  • Control food cost by minimizing spoilage, utilize food surplus and portion control and FIFO
  • Supervise accuracy and costing during month end inventory
  • Coordinates production, warehouse, inventory, distribution, and all operations within,
  • Oversees the maintenance work done in the premises,
  • Follows up with every receiving from the warehouse and with delivery to each store,
  • Ensures the facility programs are strictly adhered To,
  • Responsible for coordinating FSMS, QMS within the commissary,
  • Ensure there is adequate stock for both finished product and raw material and must not be over stocked.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Beverage / Administration

Job Title: IT Support Officer

Job Description

  • Responsible for managing backups and tape rotation
  • Diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues
  • Undertaking supervised small- to medium-sized IT projects as instructed by the IT Support Executive
  • Providing desktop and server support
  • Antivirus installation to all desktops and laptops
  •  Fault finding to laptops and desktops
  • Performing basic administrative support duties, as required, to meet specific operational objectives
  • Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the IT Support Executive
  • Working extra hours to meet deadlines, as required and where reasonable
  • Providing assistance and support to colleagues in IT-related matters
  • Ensuring that a high level of customer service and support is provided to all internal and external customers.

Qualifications

  • OND / HND or B.Sc in IT, Computer Science or Engineering
  • Hands on network engineering experience

  • Able to configure network monitoring and network diagnostic tools.

Job Title: IT Support Intern (NYSC)

Job Description

  • The IT support Intern will provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business and will provide backup and support to the IT Support Executive.
  • Escalating IT issues to the IT Support Executive where necessary
  • Responsible for managing backups and tape rotation
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
  • Undertaking small- to medium-sized, IT projects as instructed by the IT  Support Executive
  • Providing desktop and server support
  • Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops
  • Installing authorized software to laptops and desktops
  • Ensuring security and upgrades are applied to desktops and laptops and kept up to date
  • Antivirus installation to all desktops and laptops
  • Fault finding to laptops and desktops
  • Reporting faults and maintaining logs on servers, desktops and laptops
  • Setting up and configuring new servers
  • Installing authorized software to core server
