Job Title: Medical Sales Representative

Location: Lagos Island , Surulere – Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

About the Role

  • We are looking for a Medical Sales Representative who is analytical, data-driven, collaborative, friendly, well-organized, and self-motivated.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and have experience in the pharma space.

Your Responsibilities

  • strategically increase the awareness of the OGApharmacy platform in your territory;
  • manage all sales activities and rapidly grow the number of pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals participating in the OGApharmacy marketplace, as well as increase the average Gross Merchandise Value (GMV);
  • familiarize buyers with PharmIQ;
  • ensure monthly sales targets are met or exceeded;
  • give sales pitch to prospective individuals & groups within the healthcare industry and work collaboratively with other team members;
  • develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty;
  • collaborate with other team members to grow the number of pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals participating in the OGApharmacy marketplace
  • boost order sizes;
  • establish and maintain a trusted advisor relationship with clients with the goal of making all Lifestores existing clients ready for the next steps in their purchases.
  • You should be comfortable with change, as you would be entering the company at an exciting phase of development. You should have a hands-on approach since initially you would be mostly carrying out the above activities yourself vs. delegating to others. In addition, you would be working closely “Democratizing access to primary healthcare for all” with other leadership team members. You should also be proficient in the use of MS Excel, Google
  • Sheets, and PowerPoint.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences, Pharmacy or related field
  • 1-3 years of Pharma sales Industry experience.

Job Title: Procurement Associate

About the Role

  • We are looking for a Procurement Associate who is analytical, team-oriented, well-organized, self-motivated, and experienced in pharmaceutical procurement.
  • You will play a crucial role in assisting to optimizing the procurement process at Lifestores to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of products.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to support the procurement team in sourcing, negotiating and coordinating the procurement activities while adhering to industry regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritizing, sourcing, negotiating SLAs with engaging and onboarding new suppliers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the procurement needs and requirements of customers
  • Maintaining strong relations with existing suppliers
  • Conducting demand/ reorder planning, negotiating for improved Items
  • Assisting in sourcing, evaluating and selection of suppliers/vendors based on quality, cost, delivery
  • Following up on orders sent to suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
  • Ensuring full availability of products, securing promotional discounts from suppliers
  • Conducting price reviews
  • Updating the OGA Pharmacy formulary list and ensuring new products are updates on Pharm IQ
  • Collecting and analyzing procurement data, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Securing special orders and tracking supplier performance and using the data to improve performance
  • You will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that deliverables are actualized
  • You will also support with other supply chain initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences, Pharmacology, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in procurement or supply chain management within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
  • Sound knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulatory requirements specific to the pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbally with strong attention to details
  • Strong analytical analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Do a proper daily sales reconciliation of all cash, pos and transfer collections with inventory deductions.
  • Processing customer returns Complying Delivering excellent customer service above and beyond customer expectations
  • Working with customers to understand their needs and then recommend the right product to solve the customer’s problem
  • Being responsible for tracking stock levels and expiration dates for items in assigned selling
  • Keep store organised and ensures that non-inventory supplies are well managed
