The Ongoing initiatives for Niger Delta youth (graduates, non-graduates and business owners) to attract 1000 people from each state in the 9 states of Niger, including Imo, Abia, Rivers, Bayelsa, Edo, Delta, Akvalbom, Cross River and Ondo. Upon application, the state named the initiative Hope.
The initiative, Called Hope stands for Comprehensive Engagement Projects and aims to create 1,000 jobs in each state through strategic partnerships and technology development.
According to NDDC CEO/CEO, Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, the HOPE project aims to touch the lives of young people in the Niger Delta. It’s inclusive because it’s going to be global and lasting. We encourage all young people in the Niger Delta to take advantage of this program and apply through the database as it is a new approach that fits today’s realities. Every Niger Deltan, entrepreneur, man and woman is encouraged to apply and take advantage of this opportunity.

- Successful registration Application ID
- A recent passport Photograph
- A proof of Local Government ldentification letter indicating your State of Origin
- Must provide the Phone number used during the registration.
- A Valid means of ldentification
- Educational Credentials.
