Job Title: Executive Assistant
Locations: Ibadan – Oyo, Ogun, Ondo and Osun

Job Responsibilities
- This position shall among other things, be responsible for monitoring daily inventory transactions, establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.
- Organizing and maintaining financial record, account books and accounting systems to keep up to date
- Ensuring office supplies are maintained and working with vendors to always ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies
- Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail
- Creating reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as needed
- Attend meetings and record notes and messages for managers and senior-level officers
- Carry ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
