Job Title: Director, University Health Services (CONMESS 7)
Location: Lokoja, Kogi
Requirements
- Candidates must be a Public Health worker and have a good M.B.B.S / BDS, or equivalent plus NYSC Discharge Certificate or evidence of Exemption.
- Must be a Fellow of Medical Postgraduate College or equivalent possession of a Higher Degree will be an added advantage.
- In addition, candidate must be duly registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria and have a minimum of nine (9) years post qualification experience, four (4) of which must be as a Chief Medical Officer of a University or a Medical Consultant in a Tertiary Institution and must be ICT driven.

Job Title: Director, Procurement (CONTISS 15)
Location: Lokoja, Kogi
Requirements
- The right candidate for this position must possess a Bachelor’s Degree with Honors or equivalent qualification in any of the following disciplines from a recognized institution: Economics, Business Administration, Accountancy, Law, Insurance, Banking and Finance, Marketing, Quantity Survey, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Purchasing and Supplies or other related disciplines.
- The computer literate candidate must possess at least nine (9) years cognate experience, four (4) of which must have been as Deputy Director Procurement in a University/Tertiary institution plus NYSC Discharge/Exemption/Exclusion Certificate with good knowledge of the Public Procurement Act of 2007 and its extant guidelines in Nigeria.
- The Qualifying candidate must not be more than fifty (50) years as at the time of assumption of duty.

Job Title: Director, Physical Planning & Development (CONTISS 15)
Location: Lokoja, Kogi
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a minimum of good B.Sc. Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical / Electronic Engineering from a recognized Institution with a minimum of 2nd Class lower Division plus NYSC Discharge Certificate or evidence of exemption.
- The candidate must possess professionally recognized certificate with current practicing license and ICT compliant with a working knowledge of relevant packages.
- Candidate must be a Deputy Director or equivalent in a recognized University, Tertiary Institution or equivalent as well as has not less than nine (9) years, post-qualification experience in a university or tertiary institution or equivalent.
- The Director must be a person of high integrity and demonstrate transparency in public and private life as well as command the respect and loyalty of staff of the University.
- Must also be receptive to new ideas and is willing to translate them into new projects in line with phased physical development plans of the University and must not be more than 60 years of age upon assumption of duty.
- In addition, the Candidate must be registered with Council for the Regulation of Engineering (COREN) or Architecture Regulation Council of Nigeria (ARCON) or Quantity Surveying Regulation Board of Nigeria (QSRBN) or Council for Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON) or Town Planners Registration Council of Nigeria (TOPREC).

Job Title: Director of Works & Services (CONTISS 15)
Location: Lokoja, Kogi
The Role
- The Director of Works & Services as a senior management officer of the University is responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for the day to day physical/infrastructural facilities management and maintenance in the University.
- He/She is responsible for the supervision and ensuring quality standards/maintenance and servicing of physical structures in the University.
- Furthermore, the candidate must be in good health, be ICT compliant and must not be older than sixty (60) years at the time of assumption of duty.
Qualifications and Experience
- Candidates should possess a minimum of good B.Sc Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical / Electronics Engineering or any other relevant Degree from a recognized institution with a minimum of 2 Class Lower Division plus NYSC Discharge Certificate or evidence of Exemption.
- The Candidate must possess professionally recognized Certificate with current practicng license as well as not less than nine (9) years post qualification Engineering Experience.
- In addition, the Candidates must be a Deputy Director or equivalent in a recognized University, Tertiary Institution or equivalent and has at least five (5) years of relevant experience in a senior management position, preferably in a University.
- The Candidate must be registered with Council for the Regulation of Engineering (COREN) or Architecture Regulation Council of Nigeria (ARCON) or Quantity Surveying Regulation Board of Nigeria (QSRBN) or Council for Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON), and must be computer literate with a working knowledge of relevant packages.
